RAED is initiating a series of new environmental projects in Egypt through the PPI-OSCAN 3 program

In collaboration with the Mediterranean Cooperation Center of the International Union for Conservation of Nature, RAED is introducing a new series of environmental projects in Egypt under the Small Initiatives Program for Civil Society Organizations in North Africa (PPI-OSCAN 3). Agreements have been established with three local organizations to execute these projects in various governorates.
In Cairo, the Youth Foundation for Development and Creativity will implement the “Green Path for Air Quality Improvement” project. In North Sinai, the Sinai Women’s Rights Association will lead the “Sea Turtle Protection in Arish for Biodiversity Preservation” project. Meanwhile, the Solar Energy Investors Association in Aswan will execute the “Nile Valley Seed Bank Project.”
These initiatives are designed to advance environmental protection and sustainable development by engaging civil society in environmental conservation efforts, thereby addressing Egypt’s environmental challenges effectively.
