RAED is always committed, through its coordinators and members, to driving its efforts toward enhancing youth capacities across various dimensions. Among these efforts is the focus on developing the capacities of youth organizations to actively contribute to raising awareness and increasing understanding among young people regarding all aspects of development, with a primary emphasis on sustainable development and its related priority issues.

In Egypt, as part of a new collaborative step with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, represented by the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Cairo Governorate, RAED began on August 31^st to target one of the new youth organizations, “New Maadi Youth Center.” A meeting was held with several members of the center, where a dialogue session was conducted on the concept of sustainable development and its goals. The session emphasized the role of individuals within the family and community in contributing to achieving these goals and how they align with Egypt’s Sustainable Development Strategy: Egypt Vision 2030.
