The “Dawayer” program aims to support national policies that foster rural community development through tourism promotion. It focuses on developing 100 projects in Sohag Governorate within this sector and enhancing their value chains over two years. The initiative seeks to empower entrepreneurs in Sohag by leveraging local resources, promoting innovative ideas to establish sustainable development principles and ensuring economic empowerment for local communities, with a particular focus on women.
